A change of legislation came into force from the first of October 2006, affecting those responsible for business premises, public buildings and multi tenanted residential properties.
This change, in a brief overview, requires owners / directors to ensure that the individuals / companies designing, installing or maintaining their fire system comply with the legislation. As an NSI Gold approved company, working to all modules of the BAFE SP203 scheme, we are able to assist in each area and provide the required certification for your system.
More recently there have been further changes regarding the deployment of Visual Alarm Devices (VAD’s) within buildings. Our design team can advise you of the correct solution for your building and our highly skilled engineers are able to install these VAD’s where required.
